Sheila Hansberger, award-winning artist & author

Sheila has been an award-winning artist for over forty years. After meeting stringent qualifications, and a panel of judges, she was invited to join the National Watercolor Society and Watercolor West as a Signature member, allowing her to sign her paintings with  prestigious initials. Her artwork has been exhibited in group shows and solo shows in museums and galleries, including the American Watercolor Society's international competition in New York, NY.

Sheila is also an author. She has written magazine and newspaper articles and even published an apple cookbook that includes full-color illustrations of her apple-themed artworks. However, her writing focus has more recently turned to creating novels. Her computer's memory is weighted with several award-winning manuscripts. One of those, The Gardener's Secret, debuted 2024. Another, Runaway Artist, is set for release before fall 2025.
